1. DELIVERY
What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times range from 2 to 10 days, and we track your package precisely. You'll receive regular updates on the status of your order by email.
Most of the time, as soon as we receive your order, we send your parcel before 4pm the same day or the next day. In 99% of cases, it takes 48 hours for the parcel to reach you.
To offer you the best quality, we store our bottles directly in our cellars.
Your parcel is made to measure, so we've chosen to save you money and dispense with personalized boxes, tissue paper and the like on the packaging, which are certainly pleasant, but neither really necessary nor very environmentally friendly. Your order is packaged operationally (in black to protect it from light) without frills, logos, boxes or paper bags: here, only the bottle you've chosen counts. We've worked hard to bring it to you, delivered to your door, at the best possible price!
IN THE EVENT OF A WAIT OF MORE THAN 15 DAYS, PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR PARCEL IS NOT WAITING AT THE POST OFFICE BEFORE CONTACTING US TO TRIGGER A "TRAKING" ALERT.
Sometimes these times may be slightly exceeded, in which case we will offer you the option of cancelling your order or a GIFT VOUCHER.
2. QUALITY
Is there something wrong with my BOTTLE?
Our FLACONS are carefully selected and inspected. We are also keen to offer you excellent value for money and regular promotions. It is possible that a defect has escaped our control, for which we are sincerely sorry. Please take a picture of it and send us your feedback at [email protected], this helps us to improve and perfect our service. Depending on the analysis of the defect, we will offer you a full or partial refund in the form of a GIFT VOUCHER.
3. PAYMENT
What are your payment methods? Do you take cheques?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or Paypal account on our website. We do not accept cheques, bank transfers or cash on delivery.

What is the packaging?
Our bottles are packaged in cartons of 6 bottles.
The box contains just two bottles and comes in special packaging.
Can I get gift-wrapped?
Gift boxes are available at extra cost. For Christmas or birthday gift wrapping, please contact us and we'll personalize your gift.
Can I customize my labels?
If you'd like to customize your labels, we can send you a quote. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping process
Our packages take 2 to 10 days to get delivered to your place if you live in France. Our bottles are carefully packed, we choose to pack it simple: nothing fancy, just our best bottles well packed, in the dark so the wine is safe and stable. We worked hard to be able to deliver the best product at the lowest shipping price.
Delivery in the USA
We deliver in the USA according to your needs. However, some states do not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages by parcel post.

You are able to pay via either credit card or through paypal on our website. We don't accept checks or bank transfers for online orders.
