TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1: Scope of application

All our sales are governed by these general terms and conditions of sale, which take precedence over any purchasing conditions, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Article 2: Prices

The prices applicable are those in force on the day the order is taken, and appear on the price list opposite, denominated in euros.
They are "ex-cellar", transport being at the buyer's expense.

Minimum order is 1 bottle

Payment is made on the website by credit card. 

No discount will be granted for early payment.
In application of legal provisions, any payment made after the payment date shown on the invoice will entail the payment of late payment penalties equal to three times the legal interest rate. These penalties are payable without the need for a reminder. In addition, all collection costs will be charged to the buyer.

Article 3: Reservation of ownership

The seller retains ownership of the goods sold is suspended until full payment of the price by the customer, in principal and accessories. However, upon delivery, the risks of loss or deterioration are transferred to the buyer.

Article 4: Delivery

Delivery is made by post or courier.

Customers are asked to check parcels on receipt and to notify the carrier of any reservations by registered letter within three working days of receipt.

Article 5: Disputes

Our sales are subject to French law.
Jurisdiction is expressly attributed to the Tribunal de Grande Instance of the seller's domicile.
