Cuvée Rosé 2018 is an exceptional champagne, the result of a unique blend combining 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Noir red wine hand-harvested in our vineyard. This rosé blend is made from grapes sourced mainly from mid-slope areas, carefully protected from the winds. Bottling takes place in May of the following year, guaranteeing harmonious fermentation and perfect evolution.
The 2018 vintage in Champagne benefited from an exceptional climate, with a hot, sunny summer, which enabled an early harvest and grapes that were particularly rich in fruity aromas and sugars. This gives the champagne elegant notes of fresh red fruit and citrus, with a creamy texture and a fluid, luscious length on the palate.
Ideal for an aperitif or a light meal, this rosé goes perfectly with seafood, charcuterie or fresh cheese dishes. It represents the perfect balance between aroma and freshness, with a touch of generosity that sets it apart from other rosé champagnes.
