Our Blanc de Noirs 100% Pinot Noir comes mainly from the hillsides of the Marne Valley, protected from the wind and benefiting from optimum exposure to the sun. This unique terroir gives our cuvée exceptional power and fullness, ideal for lovers of more expressive, generous champagnes.
2014 and 2016 vintages
- 2014: An ideal vintage, marked by favorable weather conditions, offering perfect ripening of the Pinot Noir grape. The champagne is structured, with aromas of jammy fruit and a lovely freshness.
- 2016: A more concentrated vintage with stronger aromas of black fruit and minerality, promising a more complex cuvée.
Tasting Notes
This champagne reveals aromas of jammy fruit, raspberry and dried herbs, with a full texture and mineral length on the palate. The extra brut dosage gives it great freshness, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany refined dishes such as sweetbreads.
