The 2018 Cuvée Rosé is an exceptional champagne, the result of a unique blend combining 90% Pinot Noir and 10% red Pinot Noir wine, hand-harvested from our vineyard. This blended rosé is made from grapes grown primarily on mid-slopes , carefully sheltered from the wind. Bottling took place in May of the following year, ensuring harmonious fermentation and perfect aging.

The 2018 vintage in Champagne benefited from exceptional weather, with a hot and sunny summer, allowing for an early harvest and grapes particularly rich in fruity aromas and sugars . This gives the champagne elegant notes of fresh red fruit and citrus , with a creamy texture and a smooth, luscious finish .

Ideal for an aperitif or a light meal , this rosé pairs perfectly with seafood , charcuterie , or fresh cheeses . It represents the perfect balance between aromatic complexity and freshness , with a touch of richness that sets it apart from other rosé champagnes.
