Our Blanc de Noirs, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, comes primarily from the mid-slopes of the Marne Valley , sheltered from the wind and enjoying optimal sun exposure . This unique terroir gives our cuvée exceptional power and breadth , ideal for lovers of more expressive and generous champagnes.

2014 and 2016 vintages

• 2014 : An ideal vintage, marked by favorable weather conditions, offering perfect ripening of the Pinot Noir . The champagne is structured , with aromas of jammy fruit and a lovely freshness .
• 2016 : A more concentrated vintage with more pronounced aromas of black fruit and minerality , promising a more complex cuvée.

Tasting Notes

This champagne reveals aromas of jammy fruit , raspberry , and dried herbs , with a full texture and a long, mineral finish . The extra brut dosage gives it great freshness , ideal as an aperitif or to accompany refined dishes such as sweetbreads .
