The name Cuvée Nude is not chosen by chance: "Nude" means "naked", and perfectly reflects our house philosophy of total transparency in our winemaking practices. This cuvée is the pure expression of our terroir, our vines and our commitment to a profound respect for the environment. We're all about what's in the bottle: noble grape varieties and 0 dosage for a wine that's as natural and pure as possible. We add only the essentials, with a low dosage of sulfites (18mg/L), to preserve the authenticity of our aromas and guarantee a champagne that respects your health and the environment.
Noble and Clear-Sighted Grape Varieties
Cuvée Nude is blended from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, two exceptional grape varieties that complement each other to create a champagne that is both elegant and structured. Chardonnay, the white grape par excellence, brings mineral freshness and floral subtlety. Pinot Noir, on the other hand, lends fruity richness and a discreet power that perfectly balances the finesse of Chardonnay. This marriage of noble grape varieties reveals a harmonious champagne full of character.
A Respectful and Natural Process
Cuvée Nude is vinified with the greatest respect for nature, with an exceptional 5 years' ageing on lees. This gives it a creamy texture, remarkable length on the palate and an elegant finesse that will appeal to lovers of authentic, low-intervention champagnes. Harvested exclusively from the 2015 vintage, this cuvée reflects the purest expression of our terroir. It is also distinguished by its low sulfite content, further proof of our commitment to producing respectful, natural wines.
