Heritage
Loyal to its land since 1902
1902 · Roots first
One of the family became a master grafter, restoring the vineyards after phylloxera.
He repaired the vines, studied the soil, rebuilt with patience.
From that moment, a conviction took root.
Loyal to its land since 1902.
Generations · craft refined
Craftsmanship flows through generations. Hands learn from hands. Seasons shape instinct. Every gesture matters. Every observation deepens understanding.
Knowledge is not announced. It is absorbed, refined, and carried forward with precision and quiet confidence.
1980s · plant, build, learn
Philippe Dechelle inherited empty land. The challenge was immense, yet he followed his heart and the family tradition rather than the easier path.
He planted, observed, and honed his craft within a cooperative winery, studying at the École d’Avize. Every gesture, every choice prepared him to create champagne that truly reflects the land and the family’s vision.
2000s · Entering a new dimension
A larger, modern cellar rose. Technology met tradition. New cuvées emerged. Style sharpened: precise, intense, uncompromising in taste.
Working with nature
Viticulture guided by respect: minimal sulfur, careful winemaking, terroir-led decisions. Grapes speak, land responds, flavors remain intact.
Today · momentum and legacy
Philippe crafts each bottle. The second generation welcomes visitors. Clara oversees exports, Vincent tends the vineyards, and Alice leads communications. The third generation is taking the reins, with the second guiding the way. Vision, skill, and tradition continue.
Always in motion
Each vintage is alchemy: tradition and innovation, freedom and rigor, terroir and precision. The story is never finished. Built harvest after harvest.
