Did you know that?
The Hauts-de-France region boasts 3,400 hectares of vineyards within the Champagne AOC appellation, spread across 32 villages. This represents 20 to 25 million bottles produced annually in the Aisne department. By drinking local wine, you contribute to maintaining 9,460 jobs and generating €27 million in revenue per year.
Based on the observation that few people in Lille were aware that champagne was produced in their region, we joined forces to meet a demand: to introduce our champagnes in Hauts de France.
There are now 11 winegrowers who are members of the Champagne winegrowers' union in southern Aisne:
Champagne Alain Navarre
Champagne Christian Naudé
Champagne Daniel Gerbaux
Delhomme Champagne
Champagne Derot Delugny
Champagne Fleury-Gille
Hazard-Devavry Champagne
